Visiting from out of state, I found this on Groupon. I was very happy to feed my family of 5 with the $16 for $30 Groupon. The wings were excellent, the pasta sampler was very good and my son loved his hot Italian sub. Everything was clean and the waitress was very attentive.

Great out of the way place. Delicious corn beef hash. Family owned and operated. If I lived in the area I could see this being my go to place. We had breakfast, which they serve all day, but the soup/salad/pizza buffet looked fresh and delicious. Will be back next time we are in town.

This is one local place in ChattTown I'm happy to visit. I love to support local businesses but unfortunately it's hard to find good local food at reasonable prices here. I'm just not a fan of everything fried to death and vegetables cooked until they are mush and no flavor. Southern food is not the reality of what I envisioned coming from California. Our version of Southern food is full-flavored and seasoned and fresh vegetables. So imagine my surprise when I found a very local family-owned little place to eat. They specialize in pizza but their menu is very big. I've been twice now and both times had the pizza and salad bar buffet. Let me tell you...its the best deal in town. For $6.99 you get pizza, salad and their soup of the day. We are talking fresh, hot pizza with lots of different toppings to choose from, even a dessert pizza. A salad bar that's not massive but very fresh. The lettuce is cold and crisp and fresh, the veggies are fresh, they have this krab salad that was obviously made in-house and it is so good. I could eat just that and be happy. They have house-made pasta salad too. Again, it's not a massive salad bar, which is good. Just enough to have a great salad. The soup is also fresh made. This time it was a vegetable soup, heavy on tomatoes, so since I was having pizza I didn't try it. Too much acid does not a happy girl make. If you hurry, you can get a Groupon for $7 you get $15 worth of food. Enough to have 2 buffets and just pay for your drinks. After the Groupon our bill came to @$4 and change. Great deal. Basically buy 1 get 1 free. If you want variety, they do have lots of other things on the menu. I want to go back and try their breakfast one day soon. This is a great no-fuss but good food local place I'm happy to support.

The food is awesome! The pizza is the best I've had in Tennessee. However, we buy their deals on Groupon/LivingSocial and they have given us problems the last three times we've been. This was over a 3 month period. There is an old lady that doesn't seem to do much except get in the way of the fabulous servers and cashiers, and she will swoop over to the cash register and start complaining about the Groupon. The first time, she said they couldn't accept the printout because it looks like a copy. It's a printed sheet of paper. Duuuuhhhh. Of course it looks like a copy! But every deal has a code, so why can't she call the code in like other restaurants do? Oh, because also she didn't know how to ring it up, so a server had to come over and show her. So, the second time, she told us that you are not supposed to use the Groupon if you order the buffet. Well, there is a list of Groupon rules on the door as you walk in, which I've read, and there is nothing about the buffet not being allowed. Also, we had shown our server the Groupon while ordering, so I'm sure she would have told us if the buffet was not allowed. The third and probably last time I will eat here, this lady not only rushed over to the counter when there was already someone assisting us, but then proceeded to take the ticket right from the girl's hand and say in a loud voice: "YOU HAVE TO BUY 4 ENTRÉES TO USE THIS!" We had four people in our party and spent well over the $30. We had also ordered 4 entrées. I love the food here, but I don't need to be treated like a criminal when I am just trying to be frugal AND eat good food!

Good food, quick and friendly service. The best part I find is the bang for the buck. With taxes I spent $8.72 and could not finish it all. I'd recommend this place for breakfast anytime.

The pasta dishes were superb, especially the artichoke chicken pasta. I love to cook and do not give outstanding reviews easily. I think the pasta dish was the best I have ever had anywhere. Eleven of us in the area for an event found the place late in the evening. Service was fast and extremely friendly. Our party was so impressed by their meals and the outstanding service that fifteen of us went back a second night rather than trying somewhere else. We were happy again. The food is excellent, the portions size very large and the service superb. Their combination cheesecake/red velvet cake and their carrot cake were utterly delicious. Out of fifteen people everyone declared their meals to be good, and several considered them "world class."

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
